Walk on sound, brake on silence

March

0m

Hold a sound to walk. Silence stops you.

How to play March

  1. Press Start and allow the microphone.
  2. Hold a sound and the climber walks; go silent and he stops in place.
  3. Stop before the spike strips — touching spikes ends the round, and the spiked wall behind never stops closing in.
  4. The score counts meters. You have 30 seconds.

March measures volume in the page. It does not send audio to a speech service and it does not keep a recording. The walker, the spikes, and the wall are drawn here.

Questions about March

Is March free?

Yes. Every game on Voicegames is free, with no account and no download. Open the page and play.

Where does March work?

It runs in any modern browser, on desktop and mobile. Space and the mouse also control the game, so it works even if the microphone is blocked.

Is my voice recorded?

No. The volume games measure loudness inside the page and never keep audio. The speaking games use Chrome’s built-in speech service to turn speech into text on your screen; Voicegames never receives or stores the audio.

How precise is the stop?

Instant — silence brakes him where he stands. The game is reading the ground ahead and letting go early.

What if I just stay quiet?

The spiked wall creeps forward forever, so standing still only postpones it — and only meters score.
